Tiny holes in ALL of my shirts is frustration that I have been dealing with for awhile!!! I literally have scoured the internet, as 3/4’s of my shirts are look like little moths have eaten them right around the belt buckle area. I have been so frustrated about it. I posted the question about it once on Facebook and literally had 40-50 comments from people with the same issues.
Phew, well at least it’s not just me!
Sadly I think I have realized it is because I am a little chubbier than I have been in past years and my waistline is a bit bigger. Ask a skinny person, and they don’t have little holes in their shirts! However, if your jeans are a little strained around the waist, the button sticks out and then rubs against your shirt when you are working up against the kitchen counter, or have a seat belt on.
Boo, I have solved the holes in the shirts mystery. But not the problem.
Second frustration: working out! Four weeks now I have been working out, and while I sort of love it once I get into it, I find it frustrating.
Frustrating that I have waited so long to get into a fitness routine, frustrated that my body aches like hell afterward, frustrated with the dehydration and supplement headaches.
Frustrated at my reflection in the mirror.
Hmmm…maybe a better way to think about it is:
What are these frustrations teaching me?
